Questions and answers
What is a queue?
A queue is one waiting line that you open for a day or a shift, for example at a barbershop or a café. Guests join with a QR code at the door, your team calls them one by one, and you close the queue when you are done.
How does the free trial work?
You get one queue, once per venue. No card is needed. When it has been used, pick a plan to open more queues.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal under Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
How does card payment work?
Payment goes through Stripe. You are sent to the Stripe page to pay, and we never see or store your card number.
What are place trades?
Place trades are an optional extra that lets guests swap places in the queue. Right now they run on a test network only, with test money, so no real money moves.
